You'll work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and top management, bringing a holistic view to recruiting and pushing boundaries with fresh ideas. • You manage the entire recruitment process – from initial requirements to closing the position in alignment with the HR BP team.

• You analyze relevant KPIs, derive actionable measures and continuously improve our processes.

• You have minimum 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience – whether from an agency or an in-house environment doesn't matter, your track record does.
• Direct sourcing, active candidate engagement, and confident interviewing are part of your core skill set.
